Ina Sieberichs, M. Sc. Econ.
Ina Sieberichs has been a research associate at the Institute of Economic Policy since 2022.
Her research focuses on the challenges posed by the pandemic in terms of public debt, inflation and, monetary policy.
After completing her Bachelor's degree in Politics and Economics (B.A.) at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and the Universidad de Granada in Spain, she completed her Master's degree in Economics (M.Sc.) at the University of Cologne and the Tel Aviv University in Israel. Her main subjects were "Statistics and Economics" and "Growth, Labor, and Inequality in the Global Economy". She gained practical experience as an intern at the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK) in Lima, Peru, and at the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in Bonn, and worked in the economic policy department of the German Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).
